A little bit of DIY furniture restoration to raise my spirits...

Following my last post of doom and gloom I thought I would show you what my first project of the Summer Holidays has looked like... I have an old Welsh Dresser in my kitchen diner. I decided, last week, over a glass of wine on my bench with my bench mate, that it needed updating.

Inspired by the work of Razmataz I decided to sand it down, paint it and put on new knobs...

And I did.

So ... here is my lovely new lap top on my kitchen table with a view of m'new Welsh Dresser...
