I don't think you can "hire" slaves these days. Slavery is a nasty word and the practice stands abolished. Agree with the general idea of your post though. Kids asleep are the best part.
I detect a slight sense of humour failure here, but I do appreciate that slavery was/is wrong and has been abolished for some time now.Maybe I should wave a flag when I'm joking ... Sarah
Somethings can't be joked about I'm afraid. You have to be in someone's shoes to understand. When one's great grandfather was put on a yoke and made to plough a field while his "owners" whipped him till he bled, the humorous side can't be seen. No need to wave any flags. its your blog, I respect that, and withdraw
