Anyway, I was just wondering whether I should change the name of my blog. I named it "The secret life of an unknown housewife " because that is what I am... unknown, a housewife ...I did not, NOT name it that for any rude reasons. And I am just not that way. I do find though that certain lurkers seem to find my blog by googling " lonely houswife " Ugh !! Yes, you lurkers... I know what you google...
So, I think the time may have come, if I have the technical expertise, to rename my little blog in a rather less potentially sordid way. What do you think ? Is it possible ? Is it necessary ? Do you care ?
And then... names .... the housewife thing came to me in a flash. What could I be now ? Hmmm..

I never thought about sickos! See how narrow minded I am. Of course sickos can make something sick out of any title. Look at mine...At The Farm! Unindentified Domestic Engineer just doesn't have the same ring to it.
I like the name and if people read your blog instead of the title thwy will know you are a good guy.

I hated it when my cousin Farmwife had to change her blog from Confessions of a City Gal to Memoirs of a Farmwife, simply because her husband was worried about the people who were finding the blog through crude google searches.
I don't think you necessarily need to change it, and happen to love your blog title. Perverts are going to turn the most innocent of phrases into something bad. I know when I was searching for a special type of English embroidered lace to put on my wedding gown, I was shocked at the bad sites that came up right alongside the fabric store sites. That taught me that people will try to twist anything good into something bad or perverse.
And who knows? Maybe the crude folks that do pop in for a moment will find reformation because of your blog. Who knew you could be a teacher to delinquent men who need to learn better? =)
Anyway, if you change your blog name, I'll still be quite happy to read it.
I love your blog name, but can fully identify with the need for a new one. Even with my name change, sicko's still stumble by every once in a while.
