I read on the lovely Farmwife's blog the other day a very interesting idea. She was asking her readers to lie to her. She wanted her readers to comment about how they met her and I would like to steal her idea and ask the same of you...
Now, I know that I have not met... any of you. The chances of us meeting is low. But I would love it if you could take the time to lie to me!! Imagine that we have met... imagine how we met and how long we have known each other... go on!! I would love to see your imaginations run riot - be as mad as you like. Tell me how often we get together, where we meet, what we do ( clean please!!)
I look forward to seeing if any of you are good porky pie tellers......

God, I can't believe you've forgotten! I was on holiday in Egypt and you were on the next camel to me when we did a sunrise trek into the desert (though you nearly fell off when it stood up with that jolting motion - you face was a picture! Let's not even mention the smell). I think we were both wishing we were in Sex and the City not on a Thomas Cook all inclusive. Of course, once we'd shared that we spent the other 4 nights in the hotel bar!
You are the only person I remember from jury service. We couldn't believe our luck when we got a flasher. I kept passing you smutty notes as we went through our deliberations, though you seemed not to mind. Even though it was obvious he was guilty I wanted it to go on longer because we were having so much fun. And you made my coffee exactly how I like it - weak and sweet, barely coffee at all.
How could we not become friends after that?
Brilliant Baglady! That's exactly the sort of thing!!Do you remember that night when you insisted upon wearing a fez for the three legged belly dancing competition?! It will always have a place in my memory! xx
Gosh, Mr London Street!! Although I am loathe to speak of that case in public I will never forget your face as you sipped from the polystyrene cup I had prepared for you.A magical moment. Thank you for reminding me.
Sarah, I can't believe you don't remember how we met!! We were both hosties working for British Airways. God, the things we used to get up to!! Remember that overnighter we had in Greece and those two gorgeous Greek Gods we met in that bar? We were up all night, doing the Zorba dance and smashing plates! We went home on our own of course we're not that type of girl and because we had an early flight in the morning. Good times!
Thank you for sharing your imaginations with me!! Sarah x
