Exam Results are in & Secret Housewife is smiling!!!

This is just a short post, but I wanted to let you know that my exam results are in!! They were due on Friday of this week, but I had heard rumours that they would be posted on the web site so I went to look.And... I got a Grade 2 pass which I am thrilled with!!!

My exam result was on a par with my essay results so I ended up with an average of 76%.Who would have thought only a little while ago that I would have got through this course?? When I first looked at the essay titles I didn't even understand them!

Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement through my doubting times.I have an enormous smile on my face and a renewed determination to do well with AA316 The Nineteenth Century Novel.xx

Really really well done - I've done OU courses intermittently for years - so I know how much willpower that takes. always vow I won't put myself through it again, then I'm somehow drawn back. What were you studying? I'm thinking of doing the course on children's literature next.

well done. I remember when you were considering starting it, I remember when the books came & I remember when you felt like chucking it in.

You did good. x

Well done. It took me 16 years of extra-mural study to get my degree and when I finally did it was worth every minute of self doubt and hard work, and I think I may have spent more time doubting I could do it than in actually studying! You can do it!

Congratulations! I first found you're blog back when I was researching TMA 03 on poetry and google'd one of the poem names. I followed your blog through each of my TMAs as a little pick me up. I found yesterday that I got a Pass Grade 3, unfortunatley I only scored 63 on the exam which pulled my average down from a Pass 2. I'm still happy though :-)

Congratulations and good luck with the rest of your degree,

James
