At the request of Kork I have written out my shortbread recipe. It is rather scrummy, and a good old English teatime treat. So I hope that you enjoy it. Let me know if you do !! Oh, and its very easy to make if you're a littlun.... if you get my drift !!

Hip Hip Hooray!!!!!! I can't wait to bake it...and the scary thing? I don't think it will be an issue for me to convert from metric to do it either!
