Haggis...

Tonight, dear reader I am cooking Haggis. For those of you who do not know what this entails, suffice to say that it is delicious. A blend of Scottish deliciousness served with mashed potato and mashed swede, lots of butter and black pepper - absolutely scrumptious ! I think its best not to know what actually goes into the Haggis mix - just trust me when I tell you its yummy !

I am looking forward to a tummy warming feast after a hard day at the coal face of model playground making. I have had enough of glueing and sticking and am looking forward to putting my feet up with the haggis and a wee dram !!

I must ask, what is mashed swede? It looks like yams or sweet potatoes.

I would love to try haggis. It can't be any worse than eating hot dogs....I love hot dogs but don't want to know what's in them.

Ooooh....that looks so delicious! I've always been a bit afraid because I think I know how it "should" be served, and that kind of seems weird to me if its true...do share, at least with me, so you don't gross anyone else out...now my burritos seem anticlimactic...rats!
